Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or wish to make a change, you may request a refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Customers located within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. VORA extends this right by offering a 60-day return period.

Returns & Eligibility

VORA accepts returns within 60 days of delivery, provided that the item:

• Is returned in its original packaging
• Shows no signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration
• Is sent via certified or tracked shipping

Customers must email the Track & Trace information of their return shipment to info@vorastudiojewels.com.

The returned package must include either the original invoice or a note stating the order number, full name, and email address. Missing documentation may result in delays or refusal of the refund.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, VORA will issue a refund for the value of the returned item(s), excluding original shipping and packaging costs.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Items deemed unsuitable for resale due to damage, altered packaging, or misuse will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges and may be required to pay applicable duties, taxes, or fees.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Gift Returns

Items received as gifts may be returned in exchange for store credit, valid for one year from the date of issue.

Any price difference, shipping costs, or additional fees must be covered by the customer.

Faulty Products & Lifetime Warranty

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us via email within 60 days of delivery. In such cases, VORA will cover the return shipping costs.

The exchange or refund process for faulty items may take up to 30 days.

VORA offers a Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects, accidental breakage, and tarnishing caused by normal use. Each eligible item qualifies for a one-time replacement.

The warranty does not cover items that are lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or misused.

Changing Your Mind

We understand that preferences can change. Refunds or exchanges are possible if we are notified within 60 days of receiving your order.
